为了进一步适应生态文明建设和自然资源管理需求，结合自然资源部对三维立体时空数据库建设、信息化建设、调查监测体系构建等工作提出的“构建三维立体一张图”的要求，简要分析了目前广西自然资源管理中存在的数出多门、数据孤岛等问题以及广西国土资源信息数据平台建设现状；以三维空间位置为组织和联系所有自然资源的基本纽带，建立了基于分层分类的广西自然资源三维立体时空数据统一组织结构模式；设计了海量数据加载、三维数据展示、数据基本操作等功能；分析了现阶段亟待解决的统一标准、数据衔接等关键技术难点，为实现各类自然资源数据形成纵向有关联、横向可衔接的集中组织模式，为自然资源各项业务提供统一的三维立体时空数据底板提供思路。

In order to further adapt to the needs of ecological civilization construction and natural resource management, combining with the requirements of“Construct 3D One Map”proposed by the Ministry of Natural Resources in the construction of 3D spatio-temporal database, information construction, investigation and monitoring system construction, etc., we briefly analyzed the problems existing in Guangxi's natural resource management and the current situation of Guangxi's territorial resource information data platform construction. Taking the 3D spatial location as the basic link to organize and connect all natural resources, we established a unified organization structure mode of Guangxi natural resource 3D spatio-temporal data based on hierarchical classification, designed the massive data loading, 3D data display, basic data operation and other functions, and analyzed the key technical difficulties, such as unified standards and data connection. This study can provide ideas for realizing the centralized organization mode of vertical correlation and horizontal connection of all kinds of natural resources data, and providing a unified 3D spatio-temporal data base for all kinds of natural resource businesses.
