在新型智慧城市建设的浪潮下,智能化的要求贯穿于城市规划、建设、运维、管理等各个环节。新型智慧城市建设的必要前提是掌握城市信息,而建筑物信息是其中最基础的部分。在现有相关研究成果的基础上,以重庆市为研究区,对城镇建筑物信息更新调查模式进行了研究,建立了通过统一的平台基础进行数据动态监测的更新方式,能及时高效地对比和更新数据库中的数据。通过项目实践证明,该调查模式可保证建筑物信息更新调查的高效开展,有效保障建筑物信息的时效性、精准性,助力于新型智慧城市建设。
Abstract:Under the new smart city construction wave, the intelligence requirements run through all aspects of urban planning, construction, operation and maintenance, and management. The prerequisite for a new smart city construction is to master city information, and building information is the most basic part of it. Building information involves tens of millions of levels of data. How to efficiently carry out building information update surveys is a hotspot in industry. Based on the existing related research results, this paper used Chongqing as the research area to study the survey mode of urban building information update, and established a unified platform-based update method for dynamic data monitoring, and a timely and efficient comparison database to compare and update the data in real time. The project practice has proved that this urban building information update survey model can ensure the efficient development of building information update surveys, effectively guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of building information, and facilitate the construction of new smart cities.
