为有效支撑广东省生态环境保护、环境研究、科学决策等相关工作，研究基于WebGIS技术，采用计算机、数据库、地理信息系统等技术，开发构建了包括数据管理、数据展示、数据挖掘等功能的广东省生态环境地理时空云平台。该平台基于主流B/S架构设计，采用前后端分离技术开发而成，可实现生态环境空间数据的流程化、标准化、可视化处理及分析等主要功能，同时可对空间数据的分布、属性进行挖掘分析，全面提升了生态环境领域环保工作的科学决策能力。

In order to effectively support the ecological environment protection, environment research, scientific decision-making and other related work in Guangdong Province, based on WebGIS technology, we used computer, database, geographical information system and other technologies to develop a spatio-temporal cloud platform of ecological environment geography in Guangdong Province, including data management, data display, data mining and other functions. The platform is designed by the mainstream B/S architecture and developed by single-page application technology, which can realize the main functions of process, standardization, visualization processing and analysis of ecological environment spatial data, mine and analyze the distribution and attributes of spatial data, and comprehensively improve the scientific decision-making ability of environmental protection work in the field of ecological environment.
