首次提出了将车载移动测量技术应用于全国自然灾害综合风险普查的市政道路调查工作中,设计了市政道路调查的技术路线,研究了道路点云和街景影像数据采集及其处理方法,制作了道路三维矢量地图和360°可量测街景地图,并建立了市政道路调查数据库。通过武汉市第一次市政道路调查项目的应用实践证明,利用车载移动测量技术可有效克服传统外业测量调查方法的不足之处,有利于提高道路调查工作的精确度和效率。此外,通过一次调查还可同时获得道路三维矢量地图和街景地图等附加产品,提升了道路调查成果的潜在应用价值。
Abstract:For the first time, we applied vehicle-borne mobile measurement technology into the municipal road survey of the national natural disaster risk census, and designed a technical route of municipal road survey. Then, we studied data collection and processing methods of road point cloud and street view image, produced 3D vector map of road and the 360° measurable street view map, and established the municipal road survey database. Through the application practice of the first municipal road survey project in Wuhan, it is proved that the use of vehicle-borne mobile measurement technology can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional field survey methods, which is conducive to improving the accuracy and efficiency of road survey work. In addition, additional products such as 3D road vectors and street view maps can be obtained at the same time through one survey, which can enhance the potential application value of road survey results.
