摘要:

我国是农业大国,农业问题对于我国国民经济发展举足轻重。农业信贷由于存在体系不健全、信贷风险大、效率低成本高等问题,成为制约涉农金融发展的重要因素。新时代背景下全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业现代化的任务势在必行。近年来,人工智能和卫星遥感技术迅猛发展,为农业金融振兴乡村赋能。因此,详细探讨了卫星遥感大数据及智能技术在金融服务农业领域的创新应用场景及关键技术发展情况;重点介绍了作者将卫星遥感空间大数据运用到实现精准智慧金融需要的农作物长势监测及作物估产,农业灾害监测、预测和预警,作物智能识别等领域的若干前沿研发成果。最后,对更多的3S及大数据智能技术在农业金融场景的融合应用提出了展望。

Abstract:

China is a large agricultural country with agriculture playing an important role in national economic development. Agricultural credit has become an important factor restricting the development of agriculture related finance due to problems such as imperfect system, high credit risk, low efficiency and high cost. In the new era, it is imperative to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural modernization. In recent years, artificial intelligence and satellite remote sensing technology have developed rapidly, which empowers agricultural finance and rural revitalization. Firstly, we discussed the innovative application and key technology development of satellite remote sensing big data and artificial intelligence technology in the field of financial services and agriculture. Then, we applied the key technologies of satellite remote sensing spatial big data application in the fields of crop growth monitoring and crop yield estimation, change detection, disaster monitoring, agricultural loss determination, and crop intelligent identification. Finally, we prospected the integrated application of more 3S and big data intelligent technologies in agricultural finance scenarios.
