天津市市内六区基础教育资源空间可达性评价

摘要:

教育资源空间可达性评价与研究可客观反映地区教育教学资源的空间分布状况,为教育资源空间布局的合理配置和优化提供科学依据。选择天津市市内六区为研究区,以街道为统计单元,利用两步移动搜索法对研究区内各街道的入学(小学和中学)可达性进行测算,分析了天津市市内六区基础教育资源空间分布特点。结果表明,天津市市内六区入学可达性在空间上存在显著差异,呈现以中心向四周逐渐降低的趋势;高可达性主要集中在中心地区街道,基础教育资源过剩地区和稀缺地区呈两极分化的格局;且与街道人口的空间分布不匹配。

Abstract:

The spatial accessibility assessment of basic education resources is not only capable of reflecting the spatial distribution of basic education resources in the region objectively, but also can provide scientific basis and decision support for the optimization of education resources. In this paper, taking the urban area with six districts in Tianjin City as the study area, taking the neighborhood as a basic statistical objective, we used the two-step floating catchment area method to measure the admission accessibility of each street in the study area and analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics of basic education resources in the six districts of Tianjin City. The results show that there exist obvious differences in the admission accessibility of each street in the study area. The admission accessibility is characterized by central agglomeration and peripheral dispersion. The high accessibility is mainly concentrated in the central area, the basic education resource surplus region and the basic education resource scarce region are polarized.
