为了推进审批服务便民化，河南省委省政府提出“一网通办”前提下“最多跑一次”的改革。省级“一窗受理平台”系统的建设，实现了不动产登记系统、税务系统和房产系统的数据交互，为开展不动产登记业务网上审批提供了技术支撑。该系统已经在全省不动产登记中心应用，提高了政府的办事效率。

In order to promote the convenience of examination and approval services, Henan provincial Party Committee and Government put forward the reform of “Run at MostOnce” under the premise of “All in One Network”. The construction of provincial “One Window Acceptance Platform” system achieves the data interaction among real estate registration system, tax system and real estate system, and provides technical support for online approval of real estate registration business. The system has been applied in the real estate registration center of the whole province, which greatly facilitates the masses and enterprises, and improves governmentefficiency.
