摘要：
论述了在第二次全国土地调查中,以安陆市1:500城镇地籍调查与建库项目为例,运用ArcGIS地理信息系统和Oracle数据库平台建立城镇地籍数据库,同时对建立城镇地籍数据库的基本方法和步骤进行了介绍与总结,并对建库过程中遇到的问题给出了相应的解决方案。
Abstract：Taking Anlu 1:500 urban cadastral inventory project as an example,this article elaborated the estab-lishment of urban cadastre database by using the ArcGIS geographic information system and the Oracle database platform in the second land survey,introduced the essential method and step,and gave the corresponding solution.
