通过基础医疗服务均等化的理论基础、研究方法和指标选取等研究分析,以地理国情数据从地理空间角度构建了基本医疗服务均等化评价指标,以新疆地级行政区为例进行了基础医疗服务均等化水平的对比分析与研究。结果表明:①自治区各地级行政区基本医疗服务均等化水平在空间上存在不同程度的不均衡性;②自治区基本医疗服务设施空间覆盖城镇优于乡村;③自治区基本医疗服务人均资源的配置水平仍有待提高。

Based on the analysis of theoretical basis, research method and index selection of basic medical service equalization, we constructed the evaluation indexes of basic medical service equalization from the perspective of geographical space. Taking Xinjiang prefectural-level administrative region for example, we comparative analyzed and researched the equalization level of basic medical service. e results show that(1)the equalization levels of basic medical service in all prefectural-level administrative regions have di erent degrees' imbalance in space.(2) e spatial coverage of the basic medical service facilities in town area is better than in the rural areas.(3) e allocation level of per capita basic medical service resource in the autonomous region still needs to be improved.
