立足于重庆市控制性详细规划实施过程中的实际情况,通过构建控制性详细规划实施过程的指标体系,深入研究了基于地理信息技术的控制性详细规划实施过程监控方法,并选取案例进行分析,从定量、定位、定性3个方面进行控制性详细规划实施过程的动态监控。实践证明,基于GIS技术开展控制性详细规划实施评估从技术层面是可行性的。

Based on the actual situation of the implementation of regulatory detailed planning, through the construction of control index system aimed to implementation assessment of regulatory detailed planning, this paper studied implementation process monitoring method of the regulatory detailed planning based on geography information technology. And then, taking a case for example, it dynamic monitored the implementation process of regulatory detailed planning from quantitative, positioning, qualitative perspective. The results prove that it is feasible to carry out control detailed planning implementation assessment based on the GIS technology.
